I have the Photography plan. I download the creative cloud tools. I started using Rush. Now I can't share the edited files. How do I edit videos without the premium feature? I have found the files, but it seems to be a .PRV file format. Is this unique to Rush?

Hi George,

Thanks for the note. The premium version of Rush is not available for the Photography Plan. You are operating with the free starter version of Rush, which has limitations. The benefits of the Photography plan are here. Sorry about the misunderstanding.

Thanks,
Kevin

I've been caught out exactly the same way.  Not sure why Premiere Rush is available as part of the Photography plan when you can't share or save.  Just wasted 4 hours only to find I will need to double my subscription in order to share.  This limitation needs to be made very clear BEFORE download.  Not amused, Adobe.

Hey Fire n Ice,

I am so sorry for the misunderstanding. Rush is not part of the Photography plan. The free version should allow you to export, though, if that's what you mean by "share."

The grid to understand what you get and what you do not is here. It says the following:

With this plan, you can shoot, edit, and share unlimited videos using the free features and content available in Premiere Rush. Upgrading to a paid plan gives you access to all premium features and content.

I hope the info helps.

Thanks,
Kevin
