Editing video of Rush in Photoshop

Community Beginner ,
Feb 23, 2024 Feb 23, 2024

I want to add text in my Rush video in a way that cannot be done with the templates offered. Now I want to further edit the video in Photoshop. I can open it in Photoshop but then don't see the individual clips. It is a large file in one layer. I cannot add text in different clips this way.
How do I export the individual clips?

Hello @Els007,

OK, thanks for the screenshot. You need to click the "Add Media" button to import a graphic. The button you are showing is for adding a motion graphics template, not a still image, for example. I hope the info helps.

Thanks,
Kevin

Hi @Els007,

I read your note. Unfortunately, there is no integration between Rush and Photoshop. You may want to import the graphics from Photoshop into Rush instead to see if that might work for you. I hope the advice helps. Sorry for the issue.

Thanks,
Kevin

Pity. I can't manage to add a Photoshop element as text in Rush. But thanks for your response.

Yes, sorry about that. You can't import a still image? The following filetypes should be supported: JPG, PNG, PSD, GIF, BMP. See if any of those might work for you. Let the community know what happens. I hope it works!

Thanks,
Kevin

It looks like I should be able to upload items under 'images', but that doesn't work.
