Hello @fadi_a_6127,

Thanks for the message. It sounds frustrating to encounter an error 500 when downloading Adobe Premiere Rush on your desktop. Here are some steps and solutions based on community discussions and Adobe’s help documentation:

  1. Clear Browser Cache: Sometimes, clearing your browser’s cache can resolve issues with loading pages. Try clearing your cache and then attempt to download Premiere Rush again.
  2. Try a Different Browser: If clearing the cache doesn’t work, use a different web browser. Some users have found success by switching from their default browser to another.
  3. Check Adobe’s Status Page: Visit Adobe’s status page to see if there are any ongoing issues with their services. If a known issue exists, it might be best to wait until it’s resolved.
  4. Sign Out and Sign Back In: Sign out of your Adobe account on your desktop, restart your computer, and sign back in. This can sometimes resolve authentication issues that might be causing the error.
  5. Use the Creative Cloud Desktop App: Instead of downloading Premiere Rush directly from the website, try using the Creative Cloud desktop app. Open the app, sign in, and look for Premiere Rush in the available apps to install4.
  6. Contact Adobe Support: If none of the above steps work, contacting Adobe Support might be the best option. They can provide more specific troubleshooting steps and help resolve any account-related issues.

I hope one of these solutions helps you install Premiere Rush on your desktop. Let me know if you need further assistance. Sorry for the frustration.

Thanks,
Kevin
