error and corrupt file

Hi!

 

Im writing here as a last resort while crying as the project I was working on was very important and had a lot of hours of work in it.

 

I finished my project and everything looked fine. I exported it and it didn't give me any errors or warnings. I went to upload it to youtube but it couldn't process it. Then I tried to upload through rush but it also gave me different errors and a timestamp of the problem in the video. I went back to edit but since then Rush hasn't been able to open it. And I have tried it a bunch of times. It's just the grey background

 

I have tried everything. Renaming the folder, logging in and out, trying to open the saved exported file in different programs and also in rush but it doesn't open, restarting everything from google to rush to computer. And now it has disappeared when I open rush altogether and it seemsit hasn't been synced up either.

 

The only thing I have now is the corrupted video I got from the export that I can't open anywhere. 

 

I don't know what else to do.I can give the error number windows gives me when i try to open but as I dumbly didn't screen save what error rush gave me, I don't think its much help. I would send you the file but as it's broken, it won't upload anywhere...

 

If anyone can help me,I would appreciate it so so much.

Im on PC desktop, Windows 10, Rush is up to date.

Hi!

 

I cant recall what the error rush gave me im afraid but it might have been that.

 

I only used black&white filter on 4 clips and made few clips last longer&shorter. Everything else was added from my computer(different video and audio files). I didn't add any text and the video itself was less than 2 minutes too.

Hey!

 

mine fixed itself when I got the subscription working. I had purchased it but it didn't show and I think the free 3 exports don't export correctly.

 

but Peter was very very helpful in helping and I'm sure you can write him a DM and he will help! 🙂 

 

even after subscription, I can only upload to YouTube through rush but I think that might be my computer issue. Anyways the files work very well now after paying!
