Export creates glitchy sequences

Hi all,

I'm fairly new to Rush but have successfully exported 4 videos previously.

I'm using the most up to date Desktop version and all my video is shot with iPhone 11 Pro.

Basically, the playback in Edit mode is completely fine. There are no glitches. I haven't moved any of the files from when I originally imported them, as I know that would create an error. I also don't even know how to locate it if it isn't finding them. But, when I export the video and play it back I get these video glitches. It goes in and out and is always pink and green. I've attached a screenshot. I've force closed the app, restarted my computer, and even duplicated the original project and it always ends the same way. Can anyone help me troubleshoot this?

Thanks,

Stephanie

Hi Stephanie!

This looks weird. We'll get this checked.

  • Can you let us know your system specs (OS, CPU, RAM, GPU)?
  • Have you tried exporting it through another preset?
  • What happens when you toggle the option "Enable hardware acceleration encoding"? Go to Edit > Preferences.

Let us know.

Thanks,

Kartika

Hi Kartika,

I toggled off the "Enable hardware acceleration encoding" and tried to export again and now it is gone!

Thank you so much for your response!
