Export doesn't start or freezes at few percent

Hello,

since 2.x export/rendering freezes on my dell (i7) laptop...

I tried everything like uninstall or software rendering with no luck 

Any help welcome as I 'm paying for nothing .

(dunno how to retrieve a log)
