Export error on my phone

Hi everyone,

I have a problem with rendering a video in Adobe Rush on my phone.

I get an error notification that it cannot be rendered on the external disc on my phone?

But I do have enough space?

 

What's the problem here? Because normally it works...

Hello @Maddy007,

Thanks for writing in. I heard that you are trying to export to an external device connected to your iPhone. Has this worked before? To my knowledge, that is not supported on mobile versions of Rush, only the desktop version. Sorry about that. Let me know if I can help with something else.
