Export nicht möglich trotz premium Account

Hi, ich habe jetzt weit über 8 Stunden an einem Projekt gearbeitet und möchte es nun, wie sonst auch immer, exportieren. Ich habe einen Account den ich bezahle. Bin auch angemeldet in der App aber ständig sagt Adobe, dass ich zum exportieren eine Premiumfunktion brauche. Die habe ich ja aber bereits. Wenn ich auf das Abo klicke, kommt immer nur die Sanduhr... es funktioniert einfach nichts. Ich habe keine Lust, dass meine ganze Arbeit umsonst war. Was kann ich tun????? Ich möchte einfach nur mein Video haben. Die anderen Mlw hat es ja auch funktioniert.

You might try contacting Adobe support to verify that you're running the premium version. It sounds like the back end of Adobe might not be licensing your application correctly. Go here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

 

Click on the chat pod in the lower right corner and ask them to verify your premium subscription. If it is a premium one, ask to be transferred to the "video queue" where our specialists in the video app may be able to help you better. If that is still
