external mic not work in today

Hi. I use Rush and happy for functional app. but when i use the rode microphone (wireless go II) app has countdown 3 seconds. but sill freez app. and not recording any file plese help me how to allow rode microphone to use this app. thanks

Sorry for the mic not functioning correctly. Does it work on any other applications? Is your system seeing the device in microphone settings? Hope to assist.
