Seems silly that such a main feature in a workflow like being able to view full screen is missing from a mobile video editing app. I don't want to but will have to download another app as premiere pro and premiere rush do not allow you to view a vertical video as your audience would... full screen on a phone... at least not while you're making exiting decisions.

Thanks for the feature request, @Dean237276888wkc!. Good one.

Great community here. It would be amazing to be able to pinch zoom in so I could see closer and line up what I'm overlaying. It's extremely touchy on phone. Even a nudge button would work.
Say you have a video on the bottom timeline.
Then you overlay two screenshots that sit on the video that's playing.
I would like to be able to pinch zoom in to see if the image is tight and aligned with everything else.
additionally marker points
when I add a new piece of media it has to be dragged all the way along the timeline as it automatically gets dropped initially at the very end of project timeline. So annoying. Would be great to see these features imimented.

Are you on iOS or Android, Leigh? iOS, right? You may have better luck with Project Violet on the app store. It's free and what some devs are cranking on right now.

Correct! iOS. I'm heading out to film now and try new camera settings. I have Project Violet downloaded and ready to go. I also gave it a rating in app store
as I've played a little and so far so good. My review hasn't been posted yet.
I've noticed there is no ability to seperate audio from clip. Or I haven't been able to find it.
I'll play more once I'm back. And If you like I can create and DM an extensive list of what I like and dislike.
It would be nice to have one go-to app for everything rather than switching between rush and PV.
I've decided that iPhone + GoPro + DJI Mic is all I need for the perfect Run n Gun setup. I just need a solid editing app now. I am no longer purchasing a Sony A7 which will allow to to out some money into car mods and other things. This setup is just fine for what I'm doing.
It would be cool to see Project Violet sponsor creators to help get the app out there.
I'd put my hand up for sponsorship but I don't think it's something adobe does - certainly not with my rough content and language. I am considering rebranding more family friendly and promoting a more positive less wild personality.
Maybe once I am more established with a following and healthy reputation they would consider it. I'd just love to be able to spend more time as a creator. And fund bigger projects. I'll be looking into sponsors soon. Look up "Black Spur Drive". I'll be camping out there and driving those roads very soon. I cannot wait.
I appreciate you're activity in this forum it's why I don't mind coming back and adding what value I can.
All the best, talk soon.

Love the energy and the ideas. I think we'll have a community up soon enough, I'll push for that. A list of FAQs is what I'd love to come up with. I hope you can help me refine that.
Create a new post in this forum for each issue. Something like: "Project Violet: no ability to seperate audio from clip." I can then ask devs about it. Eventually, we can move them to a newly created "Violet" forum.
I would also like to start a channel with my old cars and looking to outfit them with the proper cameras and rigs. We have the Video Lounge forum for discussing stuff like that. Check it out.
Cheers,
Kevin
