Menu item of "Provide Feedback" in Ru takes me to landing page for what looks like posts of questions by users needing help vs a form to in fact "provide feedback". Furthermore, it is makes me re-authenticate as if it is (and it probably is) an entirely different application made by somebody other than Adobe. So finally, after 10 minutes of that, here is my "feedback":
1. If user is already logged in to application and selects "Provide feedback" me command, don't take them elsewhere and demand they go through another bunch of steps to bother to give you... "feedback"
2. "Feedback" is not questions and requests for technical support; "feedback" is an opinion, a report of an experience by the user of your product.
3. Don't force users on iOS to go through hoops to import videos and images from Apple photos into Ru. Compromise with Apple and get this together for the sake of your users and temper your ego.
