Files not syncing, which means my Rush video files have a red exclamation mark

Please help!

 

It says 'syncing' in the creative cloud forever and then after about 30 minutes, says fail to sync. If I stop it and press pause and play again, it says it's fully synced but then lots of my videos of Rush are missing files, so it hasn't worked.

Welcome to the Rush community. I am Kevin, a moderator in this user-to-user forum. Sync via Creative Cloud was removed on Feb. 1, 2024. I am sorry if you weren't aware of that feature removal. Sync will still exist for our enterprise and educational users until later this year. I apologize for the frustration.
