Footage has big green block across it

All my edited footage looks like this now. I tried turning off hardware acceleration and it made no difference. And yes, I emptied the cache too.

Sorry about the trouble. Is there an update available for your GPU driver? Does it happen with a specific file?

For anybody else facing this, the footage was captured using Windows 10 Capture facility (the windows-G shortcut) - I had to run it through Adobe Media Encoder to fix the issue. Make sure to use the same file name to replace the footage you've already edited.
