Green bar & frame split

Has anyone seen this? I keep getting  this everytime I export now. 

I have restarted, dumped cache etc. But still it remains

Sorry to see that. Could you let us know your system details (OS, CPU, RAM, GPU)? Also, share the details of media files (codec/ format, frame rate, frame size)? Are they screen recorded footage?
