How to add Edit feature to Adobe Rush if you don’t have it on your phone?

Hi good afternoon to everyone) I have some issue, there is no EDIT feauture in ADOBE RUSH app which I have on iPad ! Are there any option to add it to Colourgrading section? How to add Edit feature to Adobe Rush if you don’t have it on your iPad ?
