Hi! I am familiar with the graphics template yes. The problem is it goes OVER the start of my video, instead of before my video starts. I hope that makes sense. I need a little intro BEFORE the video starts playing.

You can insert a graphic before the video plays. Try it by dragging it to V1 at the beginning of the sequence and report back.
