How to slide pictures to the left

Thanks for the question. I'd recommend using Adobe's video editing app, Premiere Rush for creating this type of video. It can be used to import images and apply transition effects - one called "Slide Left" specifically to create this type of effect. It can be installed on a computer, phone, or tablet. Here are some good resources to help you get started.
