It's not an oversight. It's an obvious and useful feature, and I assure you they'd add it if it were feasible. Rush is intended for quick, on-the-go video editing and sharing, primarily on mobile devices. Video stabilization is slow and processor intensive even on a laptop/desktop. If they added the feature on the phone, they'd have customers complaining about how slow it was and how quickly it ate their battery.  If you want to stabilize your video, just shoot stable video to begin with, or use the full version of Premiere.

Google Photos can do it on a cell phone.  There's no reason that Adobe can't make it happen on desktop.

Hi Raimundas! Since Rush is new to our catalog, we're keeping a close eye on user suggestions. Click here to leave us some ideas:

Premiere Rush: Hot (260 ideas) – Adobe video & audio apps

If you go to this page and scroll down a bit, you'll see someone has suggested a warp stabilizer. Vote for that submission! The more votes a feature idea has, the higher priority our engineers will give it. I'll vote for it too so it'll get taken care of for you.

Thanks! Hope we can get that footage smoothed out soon.

Keeping a close eye? It's been 4 years and still nothing! Ive tried Rush twice in the last year. And everytime I remove it. Absolutely useless.
