I can't download Adobe Premiere Rush

I can't download Adobe Premiere Rush From Play Store . I am using Nokia C1 Android 9. Why Play Store didn't show me incompatible to download. I loved a app and pay if it is available to me . It's seems domaniting to me .

Currently. Premiere Rush is available on the selected devices as mentioned here: https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-rush/user-guide.html/premiere-rush/system-requirements.ug.html

You can add a feature request on Rush UserVoice to get more eyes.
