I lost all the projects

New Here ,
Oct 09, 2023 Oct 09, 2023

I lost all the projects when I open my Premiere Rush.
I tried to log in and out again and reinstalled the app.

My subscription is still valid but I couldn't find my projects back.

What can I do? How can I connect back the cloud and get my projects back?

Hi @Yung32772759igv0,

We're sorry to hear that you lost your projects in Premiere Rush. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and recover your projects:

Hi @Yung32772759igv0,

We're sorry to hear that you lost your projects in Premiere Rush. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and recover your projects:

  1. Check your internet connection: Make sure that your device is connected to the internet and that your connection is stable. This is important because syncing your projects to Creative Cloud requires an internet connection.
  2. Check your sync settings: In Premiere Rush, go to the Media Browser screen and make sure that the "Sync with Creative Cloud" option is enabled. If it's turned off, your projects won't be saved to the cloud and won't be available on other devices.
  3. Check your Creative Cloud account: Log in to your Creative Cloud account and check if your projects are available there. If they are, you can download them to your device and continue working on them.
  4. Try opening your projects in Premiere Pro: If you have Premiere Pro installed, you can try opening your Premiere Rush projects in Premiere Pro. To do this, launch Premiere Pro and click the "Open Premiere Rush Project" button on the Start Screen. You should see your available Premiere Rush projects. Select the project you want to open and your new Premiere Pro project will automatically save in your documents folder. You can do more complex edits like time remapping and adjustment layer color grading.
  5. Contact Adobe Support: If none of the above steps work, you can contact Adobe Support for further assistance. They can help you troubleshoot the issue and recover your lost projects. Chat with our agents directly here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html.

    Ask for the video queue.

We hope these steps help you recover your projects and get back to editing in Premiere Rush. Let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.

Thanks,

Kevin

Yes. Go to that web page and in the lower right corner is a chat pod. Ask for the "video queue" once an agent begins assisting you. Let us know if that worked for you.

Thanks,
Kevin
