I reinstalled adobe Rush on my ipad and. Now all of my projects are gone!!!  Where are they or how can I restore them?  I've looked on my desktop in creative cloud... everywhere and can't fine them.  This will take me HOURS to rebuild.

Hi Arthur!

Sorry about the issue. Could you try signing out and back into your account? Please refer to this article for more info on sync files on Creative Cloud: https://adobe.ly/4164xac

Let us know if re-login into Creative Cloud helps.

Thanks.

Hi @Lord Caine,

Due to sync no longer being available, you need to move the projects to the desktop manually to back them up. They can then be continued with Premiere Pro or Rush desktop. Reinstalling Rush will delete project files in Rush as they are deleted with the new version.

Sorry, you were not aware of that issue.

Cheers,
Kevin

Hi Kevin,

Thanks for adding your expertise to this thread.  Is there anywhere you can point us to to learn how to manually move our projects to the desktop to back them up? I can't even find where the projects are stored, and even with many google searches, it's not very clear how to access them locally.  Thanks again!
