I use a Mevo camera to shoot videos. I download from my phone to desk top as MP4 and edit in Adobe Premiere all the time, with no issues. Rush will not load the file. Strange. So I loaded the file to adobe premier, render it and Rush will accept it. If I have to do this all time then Rush is of no use, just a time waster. I don't understand why Adobe Primer accepts the file and Rush does not?

Hi Paul,
I would expect this files from the Mevo camera to work in Rush. What specific Mevo camera do you have? Would you be willing to share a sample file with me to investigate?
Can you also tell me what computer and OS you have?
Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi Paul,
Thanks for sharing the file. Of course, I can import the file without issue
Can you please try the following
1. Delete all files/folders located here: \Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Common
2. Restart your system > Launch Rush > Import the Mevo files
If you still cannot import
3. Change the file extension to .mov or .mpeg - Refer to this link for help if needed
Do you know if you have any third party plugins or decoders on your system?
Please let us know if either of these steps helped. Again, sorry for the trouble.
Best,
PG

Good day!
No I did not get the import issued resolved. I will stick with Premier Pro. Thanks your help.
