Import of MP4 to Rush fails

MP4 file imports successfully to Lightroom but does not import to Rush. File is 1.1 GB. Is that the cause of failure?  Thank you

Hey Arthur,

I read your message and can understand why you might be confused because H.264 files in .mp4 format is supported. Can you give us more info, for example, which camera shot this footage? Let us know.
