Imported mono audio shows as Left channel only - doesn't allow making it dual channel?

Imported mono audio shows as Left channel only - doesn't allow making it dual channel?

Even on export, it treats it not as Left Only = Mono (outputting via both channels), but literally as only Left speaker audio.

How to fix?

Thanks for the question. Interesting problem. You might want to download freeware Shutter Encoder and see if you can pan the audio to center in that app, then import it into Rush. Let us know if it works. If not, you may need Premiere Pro for this task.
