New Here ,
Feb 06, 2025 Feb 06, 2025

Using the Premiere Rush app on my iPhone 16 Pro. Receiving an unsupported media type error when trying to add video files recorded on the iPhone. Some of them were 4K, some 1080p, most in 60fps, some in 30, HEVC, some in HDR, some not. Help!

Try switching off spatial audio in camera settings. That solves it for most people.

Thanks,
Kevin
