Is Premier Rush better than Clipsk?

Hi, we use Clipsk at work but its a bit limited (for exampel manual texting is slow) and you cant edit the film here you just add shapes/elements, logo, corporate typeface and colors.

questions about Rush:

1. Can i add transparent color elements (left side of the film. On the whole film)?

2. Can i add text (in which size i want) i want on transparent color banner?

3. Can i add logo in the end on transparent background?

4. Is Rush both for mobile and for computor? I thought it was only an app!?
