There have been no updates in the app in ages, no support for new phones. Is the features or simplicity going to be ported over to Adobe Express?
Hi @rpmcgovern,
Thanks for the note. The product team would be the ones making the announcement on anything like that here as this forum is a user to user based one. Usually there is limited interaction from them here. Sorry for the frustration. I will let them know.
Thanks,
Kevin

So, how do we contact the Porduct Team to get answers? The app no longer works on Samsung phones unless they are over two years old. The desktop app hasn't been updated in god knows how long. If I need to transition to a new eco-system, fine, but I feel like Adobe is dragging me along with a sup-par product to get my $12.99 a month.

They've been known to pop in here occasionally, but there is no way to contact them directly. They do read these forums, so they are aware of what's going on.

I have let them know about the complaints about updating the list of supported devices and developing support for newer devices. I think the app is working with specific formats. I'd suggest shooting H.264 at no larger than 4K using H.264. Shooting HEVC, HDR, or 8K might also be a problem.
I recently requested a test for the team to test exports on Android, and they didn't report any failures. I will keep digging, though.

I am also a Rush user and am disappointed in the situation. I apologize for the frustration. Best of luck on all your projects.
Thanks,
Kevin
