Would you be able to upgrade and then export your video, then cancel your subscription? You'll be refunded if you cancel within 14 days.
Could you share some info on the machine you're working on? Is it a Mac or a Windows computer?
When exactly do you get the error message? During the export, or when you select the Share menu from the top of the screen?
