Issues with exporting locally

Hi,

I'm having issues exporting out locally on PC.

It goes through the process as normal. I can see the preview as it's working.

Progress and timer is working properly. Once it hits 100 percent it seems to just sit there and not proceed.

In the folder it generates an AAC audio file and M4V video file, as well as an empty MP4 File.

But nothing further happens. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong.

I've provided some screenshots to show this.

Hi @Adam36498090t67v,

I read your message. I think I have seen this issue before. A file, especially a large file, needs quite a bit of time to "mux" audio and video files into a single file. There is a bug where processing seems to hang at the 100% mark while processing requires more time to actually complete the export. Try to give the file more time to process. That should work for you. Let us know how that turns out.

Thanks,
Kevin
