I am stuck in a loop of 'upgrade to export' and 'you already have an account.' I pay the monthly membership and have only stumbled into this problem after having to do a phone factory reset and downloading Rush again.

Does Signing out of Rush and back in resolve the issue? Can you tell us what device and OS you have?
