I love this app but unfortunately, I might be finding a new editing program as it has become incredibly slow, glitchy, And if it doesn't crash while editing it pretty much always crashes when exporting.  Please let me know if there's anything I can do to resolve this, but I've been dealing with it often on for the past couple weeks now. I have plenty of hard drive space as well as very good reception and high-speed.

Hi @trevor262091329uze,

Thanks for your note and the info you gave. Have you tried any troubleshooting yet? Try these steps:

If not, return to Preferences/Settings and enable Hardware "encoding

If not, return to Preferences/Settings and enable Hardware "encoding and decoding" option. Click OK and restart. If it is already enabled, try the opposite. Disable the function and restart.

Let us know if any of these steps help. If not, let us know specs of your system and media. This Premiere Pro FAQ lists what we would like to see: https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro-discussions/faq-what-information-should-i-provide-when-a...

I hope we can help you with your Rush problem.

Thanks,
Kevin
