Hi there!

Sorry about the trouble. Are you getting any error codes or messages? Could you try resetting preferences

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

You could also try launching Rush from a new user account! Here's how to do that on PC: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/create-a-local-user-or-administrator-account-in-windows-...

For the preference file, you can locate it on your PC here

C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Premiere Rush\[version number]

Rename the version number (2.0, for example) to "2.0old" then launch Rush! That will manually reset the app.

Thanks for trying! Let's try this. Uninstall Rush, log out of the Creative Cloud desktop app, log back in, then reinstall Rush. Will it launch then?

Hi,

After Uninstall, log out, log in, install, it doesn't launch.

If it can help you, when I log in, the cloud app notify 3 polices are activated (hope Photoshop, Bridge and LrC). After the installation of rush, if I log out, log in, the app notify 3 policies are activated too.
