je fais de petits montages sur mon iPhone X. J'ai fait 3 vidéos sans problème. Mais là, ça plante depuis la nuit du 27 septembre jusqu'aujourd'hui et je ne sais pas évolué pourtant mon abonnement est en cours.

OK. I think I misunderstood you slightly. I think I have the answer now: what you should do first is install Rush using the Creative Cloud desktop app: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html
Once you sign in to the app on your computer, Rush projects will begin migrating to your computer over the wifi. It helps to have a powerful signal. 4K footage takes a long while to sync, so I'll have to ask for your patience, please.
