Rush does not support markers in the timeline. Premiere Pro do.

Thanks for your message. I see that you already labeled this discussion as a feature request. That will do since User Voice no longer functions for Adobe digital video and audio applications. Sorry for the frustration. Great request! I will advocate for this one.
