Hi,

When i send a 4k video to Rush most of the time it is messing up the screen. "shaking"

However when i play the same video in win Media player there is no problem (it runs perfectley smooth)
I think my system shoold be capable to edit 4k video's easy

HP Omen 25L GT15-0829ND - AMD Ryzen 7 - 4 TB - 48 GB - GeForce RTX 3070 (Windows 11)

It is hard to express what is going on because english is not my mother language, so i add a small 2 sec video to show the problem. Hope someone can tell me how to fix this issue.

Thanks in forward!

Hi @Theater5F87,

Thanks for the screen movie. I have seen this in Premiere Pro. It may be related to Preferences/Settings > and Audio Hardware. Try disconnecting any devices or make sure that the preferences align with what is connected. Let us know how it goes. Sorry for the problem.

Thanks,
Kevin
