Missing projects

Hello there

I had several short video projects in Premier Rush on my IPhone. And all of a sudden when I went to open the app to work on my vid, and  all my projects were gone. All of them. I was signed out I think and had  signed back in. But no matter what I used to sign back. In , Google, Facebook, Apple ID. My projects would not come back. All my projects are part of one bigger project. A bunch of segments. I need them back.  What do I dooooooooonu??????

Hey Jason – let's see if we can solve this! 

Are you on a paid plan for Premiere Rush or are you using the free version? Sometimes the app acts differently depending on your subscription plan.

I'm also curious if you uninstalled the application, maybe that's why you were signed out?

Let me know about your subscription plan & whether or not you deleted the app!
