Bonjour,
Didier

Bonjour Didier - @didier_3730,

Bienvenue to the Premiere Pro forum. Glad to see you. Your questions are always welcome here. Thanks for your post. I hope I can provide you some explanations related to your issues.

Last February, Creative Cloud sync was removed for most users of Rush. Later in the year, it was removed for enterprise and educational customers. Were you an enterprise or educational customer? If so, that would explain the newer behavior (which is undesirable). As a Rush user, I'm not overjoyed about the removal of sync either.

It is still possible to move a Rush project to your desktop computer, but it is a workaound. See this post: How to Move Rush files from Mobile to Desktop. I have not tested this personally, however. Try it and let us know if it works. Of course, if you are on Rush desktop, you can move to Premiere Pro as you always have been able since sync is not required to move a project from Rush to Premiere Pro if they are both on the same computer.

The "No network connection" is a remnant of the removal of sync. It's a minor bug that hasn't been fixed yet, you can ignore it. I hope that's OK.

I'm sorry you weren't warned about the end of sync. The instruction from us before the end of sync was to back up projects by moving them to Premiere Pro projects. See this document for details: Creative Cloud Synced files End of life for Premiere Rush. If you did not do that, I'm afraid that those projects are no longer available to restore. Sorry for the bad news there.

Since Rush is falling short for you, and you are on an iOS device, my advice to you is to begin moving mobile workflows to "Project Violet," an app in Beta right now. You can locate it here. Let me know if it works for you. The only missing piece is syncing with Premiere Pro, but I hope they will add that at some point. If you try it, let me know if the app suits you.

Amboise, France. May 4, 2018Amboise, France. May 4, 2018Are you from France? I really love France and French people. I have visited your country more than ten times, going back to the '80s. I was there in November and hope to return soon. I will attach a photo of a beautiful eventing I spent with my girlfriend in Amboise, in the Loire Valley.

Let me know if I can be of any help to you in the future. I apologize for the bad behavior with Rush.

Merci,
Kevin

Bonjour Kevin,

Merci

Didier
