Hi Guys,
New to using this software.
Done some videos from my mobile and worked fine.
When exporting 3D render videos from Autodesk Revit (mp4) the files run but are extremly laggy to where they are nearly usuable to edit.
Any idea why this would happen?
Type of file : MP4 Video File (VLC) (.mp4)
Size: 257MB
Only 21 sec long
PC Specs: (dont think is the problem, while editing nothing gets maxed out on task manager)
CPU: 7700k
GPU: Nvidia 1080ti STRIX
RAM : 64GB DDR4 3200hz

Your Autodesk video may be using an incompatible codec. (It would also help to know what operating system you're editing on.)
Open your MP4 in the free download MediaInfo. In MediaInfo, set View to Text and then copy the text of that report and paste it to this forum. Once we know the complete specs of your video we'll better be able to advise you.

Hey Steve,
Thanks for your reply.
Running Windows 10
When I export the file after I manage to struggle and edit it then it runs fine on VLC etc.
Also Straight out of Autodesk Revit it runs fine on VLC..
Hope this is what you were after.
