After weeks of using Rush with no problems on my iPad, I suddenly cannot render/export any of my videos, big or small. This started after the most recent automatic update on my iPad Pro a few days ago. I have tried both on my iPad, and my iPhone XR, but I get an instant pop up like this:

Hi Allie!

We're so sorry for the exporting issue. Could you share the exact version of Premiere Rus you're using? https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-rush/finding-the-premiere-rush-version-number/m-p/4788185

We can try a few steps to make this work:

1. Hard Reset Your iPhone:
• Press and release the Volume Up button quickly.
• Press and release the Volume Down button quickly.
• Press and hold the Side button for a few seconds until you see the Apple logo.
1. Close all apps that are in the backend
2. Set export quality to 1080p 30 fps
3. Turn on "Airplane Mode" and set the phone to "Do Not Disturb."
4. Duplicate project > Attempt to export in a new project
5. Disable tracks to identify if there's a specific clip/asset that is causing the issue.

Let us know if that helps.

Thanks,

Kartika
