I have created a project on Rush on my iPad pro and synched to the cloud, when I open up Rush on my Windows desktop there's nothing there - no projects nothing...

Please dont tell me to log out and in again or reinstall as I've done that several times...I can see the projects on CC web but when I click on them to open it gives an error saying they're not available.

Can anyone tell me where I'm going wrong?

Hey Louise!

Sorry for this frustration, can you tell us more about your project? About how long is it? It sounds like there is some pieces of the media that are not syncing to the cloud properly.

I would use your iPad Pro go to the Rush home screen and use the ... menu to turn sync off, wait about 5 minutes, then turn sync back on.

Then I'd wait awhile, depending on how big your project is and how many clips are being synced to the Cloud, before opening Rush on my PC. Uninstalling and logging out like you've already done is helpful, but these steps above will reset the media sync entirely. It'll delete the files currently uploaded to the Cloud and start from scratch. Hopefully that will help!
