Need to re-export some premier pro files in adobe rush

I need to add some watermarks to video footage an editor sent me. The files were edited in premiere pro. Can I add the watermarks in adobe rush and re-export them out without losing quality? Or do I need to pay for premiere pro for a month to be able to export the files again? Any help would be appreciated.

You can open a Premiere Rush project in Premiere Pro, but you can't open a Premiere Pro project in Premiere Rush.

If the editor sent you a rendered video, then you could add that video to a Premiere Rush project to add a watermark.
