No abre Premier Rush

Buenas tardes. En mi computador de escritorio no me inicia Premier Rush. Dice que lo vuelva a instalar, eso hoce y sigue sin funcionar. Adjunto imagen

• What are the system specifications (OS, CPU, RAM, GPU)?

If reinstalling the application doesn't work. You may try to restart your computer and see if it works.
