No audio in rush

Just purchased rush. All audio on my pc is functioning normally. No audio on video clips in rush although the audio levels on the lower right are active and moving. Any ideas. India chat support says payment pending is the issue? WTF?

• Which version of Premiere Rush are you using? https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-rush/finding-the-premiere-rush-version-number/m-p/4788185
• Does it happen with a particular clip?
• Can you share the screenshot of the Audio settings? Edit > Preferences.

I'm having the same issue. I upload / import videos to edit and the video plays fine, and visually, it looks as though the audio is playing but there's no sound. However, when I play the files on my media player, they play just fine with audio. Help me please... I need to edit video for a presentation next Tuesday.

I went to hardware manager and disabled audio device. I then re enabled it
and everything works fine now. Hope that helps.

I have the same problem. Everything works good, YouTube, Adobe stock audio website, music on laptop, but Rush have no audio. Dont know why?

on iPhone audio works. Its just annoying.
