I cannot access any files from my system through Rush, and the app is unusable. I get 'No Files To Show' on every folder that i open, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @lindseyk67587852,

Thanks for writing in. Have you copied the files from the  SD card to the computer's hard drive yet? If not, try that first and then attempt to import. If that doesn't work, give us more details about the video files, such as, codec, frame size, and frame rate. Please also give details about your computer or mobile device. I hope we can help you.

Thanks,
Kevin

Hello! Do you mind giving a little bit more detail to help us help you: what device type/operating system are you using, and where are your files located?

Hope this helps!

I am having the same issue.

I insert my SD card that has photos and videos taken on my Sony Camera on it, but Rush doesn't find them. I just get a message that says, "no files to show".
