I've used Premier Rush for 2-3 years now.  Mosty using iPhone created photos and videos with zero problem.  I got a new iPhone 15 Pro and created one video using 7 iPhone 15 Pro, airdropping to iPad Pro (This is how I always use Rush).  Then want to create a video using 11 iPhone 15 Pro photos.  I import them to Rush and get this message:  "Unsupported file type. 5 of 11 media could not be imported."

I've updated the iPhone 15 Pro and the iPad Pro and still get the same proble.  To reiterate, I have NEVER had any problem importing photos or videos taken on my iPhone to my iPad Pro and then into Rush.

Hi @Spencer25990902ljh7,

I read about your issue. I have read that specific formats have trouble importing into Rush from Apple devices. Can you try photos from other sources as a test? How do they work?

Thanks,
Kevin
