I had to re install Premium Rush onto by Laptop due to a virus. Now when I try and use Rush it is not picking up that I am a Premium account? I cannot use the Premium applications. My account is paid and up to date. I use Windows 10 and it has never been a problem before.
please can someone help.
On the very rare occasions when this happens, I find that signing out of ALL Adobe accounts on ALL of my devices, and then restarting those devices and signing back in seems to do the trick...
That's an odd one, @dennis_1268. It says that you have the subscription but then asks you to subscribe. Weird. Please contact our agents here and let us know what they say.

Which subscription do you have? Is it a Rush Premium subscription, Adobe Express, Creative Cloud All Apps, or the Photo Bundle? Let us know.
