I had to re install Premium Rush onto by Laptop due to a virus. Now when I try and use Rush it is not picking up that I am a Premium account? I cannot use the Premium applications. My account is paid and up to date. I use Windows 10 and it has never been a problem before.

On the very rare occasions when this happens, I find that signing out of ALL Adobe accounts on ALL of my devices, and then restarting those devices and signing back in seems to do the trick...
