Nothings working anymore.

I got this app last night and I'm on the paid version. Last night I was editing photos and I created a pretty cool video absolutely fine and with no problems. Today I can't do anything, the app says everything I try to import is not supported and all my previous work has disappeared. Can anyone help, I'm dyslexic and not very technical so I would need an idiots guide if possible.

Thanks for writing in. Welcome to the forum. I hope we can assist you. What kind of files are these? Did you shoot them with a newer iPhone? If so, try shooting a test clip with the phone's camera settings set with the Spatial Audio set to off. Let me know if this file works OK in a test project. Let me know.
