Hi @RothP,

I got an answer, and they said, "Yes, we support only 30fps." I will note your request for additional frame rates. Sorry for the frustration on that.

Cheers,
Kevin

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out. I understand how frustrating things can be when things don't work as expected, especially when starting a new project.

It sounds like you're having trouble with the frame rate options on your Pixel 9 Pro. Typically, Premiere Rush should allow you to choose from multiple frame rates. Here are a few things you might want to check:

  1. App Settings: Ensure that Premiere Rush is updated to the latest version. Sometimes, updates can fix bugs or add new features.

  1. App Settings: Ensure that Premiere Rush is updated to the latest version. Sometimes, updates can fix bugs or add new features.
    2. Device Settings: Check if your camera settings are set to a specific frame rate. This might affect the options available in Premiere Rush.

If either of these steps does not help, it might be worth contacting Adobe Support and asking for the video queue for more detailed assistance. They can provide specific guidance based on your device and app version.

I hope this helps! Please let me know if there's anything else I can do to assist you.

Take care!

Kevin

Hi Kevin -

I just finished a call with Adobe support. Here is the answer I received. Adobe Rush (mobile app) has features that don't currently work well with Pixel. This is pretty dissapointing as the only option that the Rush app is allowing me to select is 30fps. If I can only shoot in 30fps that makes the whole app more or less unusable. I know it works with iPhone. Is Adobe just not willing to invest in making this app work with Pixels? If I want to use this app is Adobe basically saying I need to purchase an iPhone?

Appreciate any feedback or suggestions you might have.

Hi @RothP,

I'm sorry that assisted support's answer was unsatisfactory. The team recently said everything should be working fine on Android. I will bring up this bug and see what they say. I will have to ask for your patience as I await their reply.

Thanks,
Kevin
