Is there any feature like optical Flow in the Adobe Rush video video editor

You can slow down or speed up a clip using the Speed feature. It doesn't give you the Optical Flow option, but if you need that specifically, you could open your Premiere Rush project in Premiere Pro where you can access it. Here's more info:
