Overlay, titles and transition graphics not working?

For the past so weeks the titles, transition graphics and overlays don't load. The little boxes just stay black. I've turned off and disconnected everything. Thanks!

This was an issue that was fixed in our last release. Can you confirm you're using the latest build of Rush 1.5.29?
